Monitor Controls, Inc. Celebrates 50 Years
Monitor Controls, Inc., Southern New England’s premier provider of security, fire detection, video surveillance, access control, and central station monitoring, has announced the celebration of their 50th anniversary in 2020.
Founded in Wallingford in 1970 by John W. Yusza, Jr., and his late wife, Patricia, the company remains a privately owned company run by Yusza, Jr., and his children, John W. Yusza, III and Deborah J. Sokol.
Initially an intrusion company meeting the demands for residential and commercial security, a major portion of business today includes fire, video surveillance, and access control. Monitor Controls, Inc. services all of southern New England and eastern New York operating out of their facility on Center Street in Wallingford.
They would sincerely like to thank their clientele, team members, service providers, and suppliers for the faith they have placed in the principles and beliefs of Monitor Controls, Inc.

Monitor Controls Receives PCI Compliance
In accordance with standards set forth by the credit card industry, all merchants accepting Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express are required to become PCI compliant by July 1, 2010. Monitor Controls, Inc. received PCI compliance six months before required.
