Our technical staff is one of the most educated in the alarm industry. We take the time to encourage higher education, product training and other continuing education classes so our ability to resolve technical questions goes well beyond a user's manual. We have a minimum of 3 technicians on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days per year in order to promptly respond to all of your service needs.
Our weekly in-house training classes for our technicians cover everything from shaking hands with the clients to drilling holes and programming systems.
Our in-house service staff ensures inspection appointments are made, NFPA forms are processed, signals properly restored, and systems tested.
