 John W. Yusza, Jr., President
Holds a degree in Electrical Engineering. John oversees all functions of Monitor Controls, Inc. John is licensed in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New York as well as being NICET certified. He is author of the National Electrical Code training class & was education chairman for the CASIA for over 18 years. He is the past recipient of the NBFAA National Instructor of the Year award, CASIA President's Award and currently serves as chairman of the legislative committee for CASIA. John also sits on the State of Connecticut Electrical Board.
 John W. Yusza, III, Vice President
Holds a degree in Electrical Engineering. John oversees operations of both the service and installation departments as well as sales work. He is licensed in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New York.
 Deborah J. Yusza Sokol, CFO
Holds degrees in both Business Management and Marketing. She is also a Connecticut certified Notary Public who oversees all accounting and administrative facets at Monitor Controls, Inc. She was the third woman in the state to become NBFAA Level I certified. She is the designer and co-author of the State of Connecticut Continuing Education Class sponsored by CASIA and approved by the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection. Deborah serves as treasurer for the National Installation Quality (I.Q.) certification board.
